Meet Brandi—your sound healer

Brandi Franzman is a sound healing and Reiki practitioner whose work is rooted in over two decades of personal study and practice in wellness and healing. She began her journey with yoga, completing her yoga teacher training in 2006, and over time expanded her studies to include meditation, holistic wellness, EFT, Reiki, and sound-based healing modalities.

After first experiencing a sound bath in 2008, she became deeply interested in the effects of sound and vibration on the body and nervous system. Certified as a sound healer in 2025, Brandi now creates grounding, restorative experiences using quartz crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional well-being.

What are Sound Baths?

My sound baths are meditative experiences where participants are immersed in the vibrations and tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. You remain comfortably seated or lying down while sound gently guides the body and mind into a deeply relaxed state.

Sound baths can help to:

  • Calm the nervous system and reduce stress

  • Shift the brain into slower, restorative states

  • Support emotional balance and energetic clearing

  • Create a sense of grounding, clarity, and inner ease

Each session is thoughtfully curated based on the intention of the event and the needs of the group.

Participants typically lie down on a yoga mat or other comfortable surface. For optimal comfort, props such as pillows, blankets, and eye masks are recommended. Please note that yoga mats and props are not provided by the sound healer and should be supplied by participants or arranged by the event organizer.

WHAT TO EXPECT: During the event, attendees may notice thoughts and emotions, physical sensations in the body, colors, or nothing at all. These are examples of what one might expect to experience during a sound bath, and all are normal experiences as the sound vibrations work to relax the nervous system.

PLEASE NOTE: Sound baths are a deeply relaxing experience and are generally safe for most people. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, a history of seizures, a pacemaker or implanted medical device, sound sensitivity, or any concerns about how sound or vibration may affect you, please consult your medical provider before attending.

Why Offer a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is more than a relaxing experience — it’s a meaningful way to support well-being, create connection, and elevate a space or gathering.

Sound baths are often offered as:

• A way to show that you value well-being

Offering a sound bath communicates care — for mental, emotional, and nervous-system health. It’s a simple yet powerful way to demonstrate that people matter.

• A reward for a team or community

Sound baths make a beautiful offering after a period of hard work, a milestone, or a team win. They invite rest, reflection, and genuine appreciation.

• A shared experience that builds connection

Sound baths are designed to be deeply restful and accessible. Participants simply get comfortable — typically on a yoga mat, with blankets and pillows for support — and allow themselves to settle into the experience. The shared sense of calm creates a grounding moment people often remember long after it ends.

• An easy, nourishing addition to wellness events and retreats

Sound baths fit seamlessly into retreats, festivals, and wellness gatherings. They offer deep relaxation without requiring physical exertion or prior experience.

• A way to bring visibility to your studio or place of business

Hosting a sound bath can attract new clients, introduce people to your space, and position your business as one that prioritizes care, healing, and intentional experiences.

Whether offered as part of a corporate wellness event, retreat, yoga studio offering, or community gathering, sound baths create a gentle pause—one that allows people to reset before moving forward.
